Inside Sales Manager (Hybrid)

The Role: The Inside Sales Manager’s position will be covering a nationally located client base within the construction sector. You will be based from home & the office and have the opportunity for flexible working. The Inside Sales Manager will be selling a concrete reinforcement solution used in any construction projects that require it. Your main client base will be Main & Sub-Contractors using concrete within their building projects and 90% of your leads will be from in-bound sources. The Inside Sales Manager will join a team of 7 nationally who are all working from home and spend some time in the head office which is in Surrey. You will spend a lot of time in the office in the first few months in the role as you are inducted.

The Inside Sales Manager will be targeted on around 40 orders per week an could be working on small invoice amounts in the tens of thousands up to £1m orders for large infrastructure projects. This is a varied role where no two projects are the same and the opportunity to earn bonus is based upon team & company performance. This is a key role within the team dynamic and as such is pivotal to the success of everyone.

For this Inside Sales Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

Have a background in B2B construction sector sales
Understand selling to Contractors, Procurement, and Merchants
Are flexible to travel to the head office in Richmond, Surrey, 2-3 days per week
Have a consultative sales approach
Have passion for selling a solution which helps people
Are organised, dynamic, and have a eye for detail

Location: Richmond

Package: £30,000 – 60,000 basic DOE, Annual Bonus £5k-10k, , pension, laptop, phone, 21 days holiday + stats (rises over time)
