About The Role Working as part of our friendly customer facing team, you will ensure everyone is welcome by providing excellent service standards over the phone in our Information & Sales department as well as face to face on our front desk. This will involve handling customer enquiries and providing accurate information about our exciting events, performances and activities. You will also identify opportunities to recommend, upsell and promote our services and any offers or promotions. This role is all about delivering a great service, ensuring things run smoothly and visitors leave wanting to come back for more. You must have experience of working with customers. You will be used to operating computerised systems, handling cash and overseeing simple financial processes. You’ll need good levels of numeracy and literacy and have flexible approach to work. As well as good time keeping and communication skills, you’ll also understand the importance of good presentation and excellent customer service.
