We’re looking for a senior influencer specialist (SAD level) to join the CPG team and work across some of our largest consumer clients. The successful candidate will take a lead role in; developing best in class influencer strategies and programmes for new and existing clients, can provide continued counsel on the most effective ways of delivering against business objectives, a strong understanding of measurement and reporting and demonstrate the ability to lead and organise a team within a fast-paced environment.

This role will have a primary focus on P&G, the sectors biggest client, and include brands such as Aussie, Braun and Venus, so experience and passion within the beauty and lifestyle sectors is essential.

You will support client teams through strategic planning, ideation, and delivery of content across owned, earned, shared, and paid channels to drive our client’s business as well as supporting with lead generation and building brands and reputations. Embedding product into authentic cultural moments is integral to our jobs so proven skills in creative storytelling and developing trend-led narratives that deliver high performing assets for organic and paid to draws audiences is key.

A deep understanding of existing and emerging social media platforms, influencer marketing, best practices and how audiences engage online is a key part of this, additionally you must have a high-level understanding of technical platform capabilities and be able to talk confidently on this with media teams.

You will also understand how to root strategies in data & analytics to drive measurable results and will have experience executing campaigns across platforms and the marketing mix.

This role would suit a creatively minded practitioner who is able to manage multiple work streams within a fast-paced environment, ideally with experience of working within agency.


  • Provide counsel to clients and lead insight driven content strategies for current and new clients, championing creative work that will work across all channels.
  • Lead and develop best in class content strategy for core clients and ensure best practice is implemented across influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure all content is of the highest quality in relation to the brief, acting as core line of approval before being shared externally.
  • Understand our clients’ competitive landscape and make informed recommendations regarding emerging and new platform capabilities and trends.
  • Be able to budget and scope for work accurately to manage profitability and resource.
  • Work with and lead clients toward defining scope and the approach for major projects for clients and help structure and present recommendations.
  • Drive escalation of knowledge within the agency, continuously focus efforts on developing and enhancing the skills and capabilities of teams as well as working with other content and publishing leads across the agency globally to share key learnings and upskill sector teams
  • Provide insight and recommendations for growth strategies for clients, identify new opportunities and play a proactive role in terms of proposal development, pitching and conversion.


  • Exceptional writing and communication skills with a diligent approach to detail.
  • Excellent knowledge of content creators – who the big names are, what channels they live on, how they reach their audiences, how they work with brands.
  • Ability to generate digital ideas that deliver cut through to target audiences within the social media space – and a deep understanding of channel roles and best formats.
  • Extensive content strategy development experience, ideally gained within an agency environment.
  • Ability to explain technical issues with clarity in a non-technical way.
  • A strong analytical understanding and the ability to intuitively understand what the audience needs to know and how they want to consume it.
  • Solid working knowledge of digital channels/ social media platforms and how they can be used to generate, host and engage audiences with creative content.
  • Interest in, and understanding of, business issues, news and politics, the media and the world around you in general.
