Global TV and Film Company seeks a HR administrator with experience within Benefits and Payroll.
Providing administrative support to the Manager, EMEA Benefits in the day-to-day management of Benefits in the region including the UK.
On a day to day basis the role will require collaboration with the wider team, Business Unit HR, Payroll, IT and external benefit vendors.
Where needed, completing tasks that sit with the Advisor, Benefit roles when they are absent from work or where additional resource is required.
Collating and administering data for benefits and business insurance renewals in EMEA.
Supporting the team with data management within the benefit systems and ensuring data integrity of member and employee benefit records.
Reconciliation of all pensions and benefits fields of data on a monthly basis across all HR, Payroll and Benefit systems.
Administration and processing of all benefits tasks relating to joiners, changes and leavers between systems and benefit vendors when the Advisors are not available.
Manage the invoice process for all benefit related invoices in EMEA.
Completing monthly benefit processing for payroll when the Advisors are not available.
Supporting the Manager, EMEA Benefits with the project administration.
Supporting on projects and general administration, as and when required. Competencies and Personal Specification
Work experience in a fast-paced multinational business environment.
Ability to multi-task and self-prioritise deadline driven work based on the needs of the team.
Self-motivated and solution orientated.
Strong communication skills, and capable of liaising with stakeholders of all levels within the business.
