Manage the HR Ops mailbox to process and triage queries, escalating more complex issues to others in the Field HR team.
* Administering the recruitment email inbox, sending applications on to the relevant manager
* Post jobs on recruitment web pages, social & print media and the appropriate recruitment agency as deemed necessary.
* Adding new starters to the HR system and processing contractual change variations as required.
* Manage the data integrity of iTrent Position Management, ensuring the company
* General administration support to the HR teams
* Manage pre-employment checks
* Liaise with Payroll regarding employee remuneration and benefits in a timely manner
3.0/ CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
* Previous HR and/or Recruitment Administration experience
* Experienced admin user of a HR system, preferably MHR iTrent
* Demonstrates good administration skills with strong attention to detai
