Job Details:

Exciting new Head of Business Development position.Reporting into the Commercial Director, our newest Head of Business Development will be responsible for the following areas of accountability:- Delivery of all KPI’s and OKR’s with a key focus on value and volume of all brands throughout the onboarding journey, feeding into year 1 retention. – Driving high standards of performance, using motivational strategies, creating a strong coaching culture and, development plans where needed. – Driving high standards of behaviour aligned with the company values. – Collaboration with the owner trading team, feeding back marketing trends, suggesting new ways of working that support the growth of owner acquisition and retention plans. – Providing detailed analysis on performance, trends, barriers, competitor behaviour and historical performance, using data from various sources. – Ensuring negotiations are effective and executed using the commercial toolkit, and ensuring there is adequate guardrails for exceptions. – Development of business development managers to ensure they high levels of performance. – Communicating through engaging methods, and sympathetic to team members in remote locations – Execution of strategic initiatives through planning and effective implementation and strong communication. – Performance managing team and recruiting best in class to ensure the highest level of performance across all areas.
