As a luxury brand, they prioritize exceptional customer service in every interaction.About the Role:As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the digital marketing strategy for our client. Collaborating closely with the Content team, you will be responsible for optimizing the website, enhancing customer journeys, and driving online sales growth.Key Responsibilities: Manage PPC and paid social advertising accounts with external paid media agencies. Oversee the development of the website, collaborating with third-party web development teams on ad-hoc tasks, CRO initiatives, and user journey enhancements. Lead in-house email marketing efforts through testing, automation, and new customer segmentations. Work closely with third-party SEO agencies on search strategy, website optimization, and technical projects. Enhance analytics tracking and capability in GA4, using dashboards to communicate results to the Marketing team. Review and analyse data from Google Analytics 4 and the CRM system, identifying trends and producing regular reports on property performance and booking levels. Collaborate with the Content team to leverage data insights and technical expertise for improved marketing performance.Key Skills and Experience: Minimum of two years of experience in a digital marketing role, with expertise in paid media, SEO, website development, and email marketing. Proficiency in GA4, event tracking setup, and data presentation through dashboards. Strong analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail and creative flair. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build cross-departmental relationships and think commercially.
