Demand Generation Manager- London/Hybrid- 12 Months- 330- 380 (Inside IR35)

Responsibilities:

  • Manages the marketing activities and programs for the organization.
  • Develops and implements marketing plans to serve the business objectives.
  • Stays abreast of changes in the marketing environment and coordinates market research projects.
  • Selects and manages ongoing relationships with different marketing vendors.
  • May oversees advertising, events and public relationships.
  • Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.
  • Has full authority for personnel actions.
  • Extensive knowledge of department processes.

Skills/ Experience:

  • Solid experience in leading demand generation initiatives
  • Experience across PPC, Social and Content Syndication – with a lead generation focus
  • Ability to work closely with the broader Performance Marketing & Website teams to ensure demand generation best practices and data driven website touchpoints for lead generation are installed
  • Ability to design, own and report on a robust media testing plan across demand generation, with the goal of clearly showing impact of campaigns on business performance
  • Proven communication and Influencing skills – working closely with creative and content teams to ensure teams are aware of content requirements
  • Track record of working in cross functional partnerships
  • Experience of sourcing, implementing and maximizing B2B martech such as: Salesforce, Eloqua etc
  • Experience planning integrated funnel funnel demand generation campaigns through: Brand, Display, Video, Content, Whitepapers, Case Studies, Webinars, Events, Research, High Quality Leads, Appointment Setting, Demo, Trial and Sales Enablement
  • Prior experience working in the B2B sector
  • SaaS experience
