You’ll be a:

Data Dynamo: Dive into the Raiser’s Edge database, ensuring it’s a well-oiled machine for all future analysis.

Financial Maestro: Take the lead in financial reporting, ensuring the school’s fiscal health is in top shape.

Guardian of Privacy: Uphold GDPR compliance to protect our valuable data and maintain the highest standards of confidentiality.

You will also need to have:

– Excellent computer and database management skills, including in depth knowledge of Raiser’s Edge, Word and Excel & Power BI (or equivalent)

– High level of numeracy;

– Experience in working in a small team and a willingness to assist in meeting deadlines;

– Highly organised, capable of working on own without day-to-day instruction;

– Excellent attention to detail;

– Proactive approach to work and problem solving;

– Positive approach with a sense of humour.

– Prior management experience (desirable)
