Customer Support Administrator

Location: Tunbridge Wells, TN1

Contract: 6 months

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

About the Job:

Working as part of the Credit Control Team, you will be contacting customers and supporting administrative and reporting duties to ensure all customer information is up to date.

– Contacting customers in regards to their claims

– Ensuring customer records are updated accurately where necessary

– Use of databases and spreadsheets

About you:

– Previous experience in customer service

– Highly organised with an eye for detail

– Full training will be provided for use of software
