Customer Support Administrator

Salary £23000-£24000 per annum plus good company benefits

The role is ideal for someone who has experience of working within the insurance sector and enjoys working for a smaller and progressive business who really look after their staff. Our client has a small but growing workforce – all employees are treated as an important part of the business.

The role:

This role involves dealing with enquiries from clients both via email and phone. The nature of the enquiry will dictate whether this is handled by the representative or passed on to particular member of staff within the business. There will also be a number of daily tasks required for completion in line with responding to client queries.

The successful applicant will have:

Good computer skills, including the use of Microsoft Excel

Good communication skills, both written and oral.

A readiness to challenge colleagues, clients and suppliers to ensure accuracy.

An ability to manage and prioritise multiple ongoing enquiries.

Previous experience of working within an insurance business

This is a responsible and important role and the right person will be rewarded with an appropriate salary, 4 weeks paid holiday and pension with a progressive approach to salary reviews.
