Job Details:

Reed Cambridge Business Support are recruiting, on behalf of an occupational health service provider, a Customer Service Administrator.

  • Salary: £10.90
  • Location: Royston
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30-16:30 (30 mins lunch break), office based
  • Contract type: Temporary for 3 months (can go permanent for the right candidate)
  • Start date: ASAP

Main Duties:

  • Undertaking all administrative processes and providing professional, timely and accurate responses to all enquires.
  • Deliver prompt, accurate responses to all customer enquiries to enhance the customer journey.
  • Maintaining and updating personal sensitive information – in line with current GDPR.
  • Call handling.

Person Specification:

  • Strong administration skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent IT skills
