Part Time Customer Service Administrator/ Handling Coordinator
Part time Shift work (predominantly weekends) with early starts / late finishes.
Hours must be flexible: It is essential to facilitate customer needs, plus overtime as and when necessary.
Full training will be given on all the systems.
An Aviation background would be advantageous but not essential.
Work within a friendly team to effectively co-ordinate general aviation private jet charter flights, maintaining the highest level of customer service and Confidentiality.
Coordinate all aspects of the aircraft: Meet and greet, working with crew, book hotels, taxis, chauffeurs, liaise with catering companies.
Work with Aviation Operators: Liaise with Airport Authorities and Charter Brokers, book in flights.
Positive attitude, team player and flexibility are key.
Successful candidate must have the right to work in the UK
