JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for a temporary Customer Service Administrator to provide efficient and effective high quality customer service. Monday to Thursday 9am-5.15pm Friday 9am – 4.45pm
Role profile:
Provide excellent customer service via telephone and email for all members
Manage and resolve any queries in a timely and effective manner
Ensure information is accurate and updated on various systems and processes
General administration duties
Person profile:
Experience of delivering high quality customer service
Excellent experience of Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel and Outlook)
Ability to work to tight deadlines
Enthusiastic and hardworking
