Job Details:

Our client based in Milton Keynes have a great opportunity for Customer Service candidate to join their team. This is a permanent opportunity working 8.30 to 5.00 pm – Monday to Friday. £22,000 is offered with lots of benefits, stable company with scope to progress.

Duties: –

• Supporting the business with Sales Orders.
• Deal with enquiries coming into the Department, communicating with internal and external staff, to resolve this in a timely manner.
• Liaise with the customers over the telephone and by email.
• Ensure all sales orders are processed correctly, using their inhouse ticketing system.
• Other ad hoc duties.

Previous experience of working in a Customer Service environment is essential, along with clear precise communication and grammar skills.
