Job Details:

Hire Desk Controller

Monday – Friday

8am to 5.30pm

£28,000 to £32,000 (depending on experience)

East London

Our well-established client is currently seeking a Hire Desk Controller to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience within administration and customer service and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:

• Expected to be able to cope with 80 emails and 50 phone calls per day.
• Working in a team and collaborating on work.
• Must have energy and willing to work in a high-pressure environment.
• Take the initiative to improve processes.
• Processing orders.
• Dealing with customer enquiries.
• Processing quotes.
• Building relationships with customers.
