Your natural telephone manner and people skills will be highly valued by your customers, team mates and manager in this role.General skillsYou will have:The ability to make outbound follow up calls to expectant patients – it is important to note that these are not cold calls of any sort, they are follow up calls to patients who are waiting to be booked in for an appointment.The ability to work unsupervised and deliver quality work across multiple tasks within required deadlinesExcellent communication – oral and written and a good telephone mannerExcellent listening skillsAn ability to be empathetic to the customerHave a natural desire and passion to help customers and come to an efficient resolution with an ownership of the customer’s problemAbility to work between multiple operating systemsBasic computer literacy and keyboard skillsA good knowledge of basic Microsoft Word, Excel and familiarity with using the internetPersonal traitsAs a Customer Service Administrator you will be:Efficient and accurate in your workPositive and approachable in your mannerA good team playerEnthusiasm to develop your skills and knowledgeAdaptable to change and willing to embrace new ideas and processesMain Duties/ResponsibilitiesIn this role you will:Complete telephony, digital and admin-based tasks to service customer queriesMaking outbound calls to patient listings, booking them in for appointments.Provide an outstanding service experience to customers by managing various inbound queries that could relate to anything specific to the business, team and/or sector you’re working inEnsure you are providing each and every customer with an enjoyable customer service experience, by providing a high level of customer care and attention at all timesAs a representative of the company, you will contribute to the lasting impression a customer will have and so it is important that you consistently demonstrate the values and behaviours of the business you’re working for to ensure their service experience leaves a positive lasting impressionBuild long-lasting professional relationships with customers that will exceed their expectations and you will demonstrate this in managing both inbound and/or outbound customer queriesTake ownership of customer problems, solving them at first point of contact and escalate when requiredComplete data entry and processing; you will maintain data entry protocols and carefully record other information throughout your dayCollaborate within the team to clarify facts, exchange information or resolve enquiries and issuesAttend meetings with your team members and supervisorQualifications/Licences/Certifications/ExperienceNo formal qualifications or certificates requiredBasic Maths, English and computer skills are requiredDesirable:Customer service experience, face-to-face or over the phone in any capacity.Customer focusSo, if you’re ready to be the first point of contact for our customers, and have the ability to help them no matter what the issue, then apply with us today.Full CV’S with relevant work experience will be reviewed against the skill requirements of this vacancy, we will approach to make an initial screening call within 48 business hours of your application, if we put you forward to the client after this, a microsoft teams interview will be conducted.Blue Arrow is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and is committed to helping find great work opportunities for great people.
