Customer Service Administrator
£23(Apply online only) – £24(Apply online only) DOE
Monday to Friday
Weekdays 9am to 5pm and 10:30am to 6:30pm
Wellingborough (Office Based)

My client is looking for a highly organised Customer Service Administrator to join their small but busy team supporting clients with orders, queries and delivery arrangements. You will be comfortable using Microsoft Excel to sort and analyse large amounts of data and enjoy working collaboratively with other departments.

Customer Service Administrator key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Receiving orders & inputting onto system
  • Maintaining the customer service inbox
  • Arranging deliveries and collections
  • Action reconfiguration changes over the telephone with retailers
  • Answering calls from customers regarding stock and general enquiries
  • Maintaining stock levels
  • Updating the company database.
  • Providing administrative support to the technical advisors on the help desk

Customer Service Administrator Attributes:

  • Customer service experience
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
