RS Components in Corby are looking for Contact Centre Representatives to join their busy Customer Interaction Department.

This position will be on a temporary ongoing basis with the potential to go permanent for the right candidate.

After training the hours are 37.50 hours per week dependant on workload, On a rotating shift system.

Monday – Friday

37.5 hours between 8am – 6pm

You will be required to work occasional evenings up until 10:30pm/weekends and 2 x Bank Holidays per year

Your main duties to include:

• Handling customer enquiries via incoming telephone calls.
• Identifying and ordering spare parts/ accessories.
• Cross selling where applicable

Ideal skills/experience:

• Possess strong communication skills – both verbally and written
• Be confident, and able to use own initiative
• Have a good attention to detail
• Be highly customer focused
• Be computer literate
• Be flexible
• Have a positive attitude

Salary: £11ph
