Customer Experience and Service Performance Lead

The Role

You will bring together and share customer feedback and will be the voice of our customers both internally and externally

You will coordinate and monitor a service wide performance and quality assurance structures ensuring our services are safe and that risk is minimised. Provide regular engaging reports that tell the story of our services, providing commentary, and context, including the management of risk.

About You

We are looking for a self-starter with the ability to prioritise their own workload and effectively deliver reports within timeframes. Your verbal and written communication skills will be excellent, and you will have the ability to produce a high standard of content to support both the senior team and our customers.

You will bring drive and enthusiasm to the role and be able to demonstrate that you care passionately about improving the lives of disabled people.
