Customer Experience and Office Manager

Full time, based at head office near Cardigan Fields in Kirkstall, LS4 2BQ, with some travel

£32-35k per annum, depending on skills and experience

The Role

Our client, Vantage Spaces Ltd, is seeking an experienced Customer Experience Manager to join the leadership team. Key responsibilities include;

Oversight of and responsibility for all functions across the business to ensure that we consistently meet our high standards of customer experience and service;

Work closely with the Managing Director to guide and implement strategies and business plans to ensure consistent company growth to meet objectives, reporting regularly on progress;

Assist with contract negotiations and sales, invoicing and statements;

Manage the customer care team with a focus on strengthening client relationships. Manage resources through internal staffing, external contractors and others in order to meet business needs;

Provide a solutions focussed approach through implementing and managing systems to maintain effective business and office processes.

This role requires a minimum of two days a month carrying customer site visits in London, Leeds, Manchester as well as other locations.

We are seeking candidates with the following skills, abilities and experience:

Previous experience in a similar role, including responsibility for the customer service experience and, ideally, office management

Experience of developing strategies and providing data and reports to enhance the Company s operational performance

Exceptional customer services skills with the ability to develop strong working relationships with people at all levels of the business

The ability to develop, implement and streamline systems and processes

Excellent organisational and time management skills, with experience of managing multiple projects in a fast paced environment

Proactive approach, solution focussed

The ability to work on own initiative as well as being part of a team, ideally with management experience and working with contractors

Proficient in MS Office and field service management software

Industry experience is advantageous

The ability to travel, ideally with a knowledge of the City of London and northern commercial centres including Leeds and Manchester
