Are you a naturally strong communicator with a keen interest in analysing customer patterns, trends and behaviours to provide actionable insights?

Come and join Outdoor & Cycle Concepts, owners of Cotswold Outdoor, Snow + Rock and Runners Need, who are looking for a Customer Analyst to join their Head Office team in Kemble.

As a Customer Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Identifying customer segmentation to support customer relationship initiatives
• Using analysis to generate additional customer insight for marketing activity to add value to customer sales initiatives
• Analysing KPIs and segmentation performance and presenting reports and dashboards to a wide audience
• Measuring, analysing, and reporting on performance relating to O&CC’s Loyalty Program
• Collaborating and communicating with wider teams to deliver customer targets
• Building and maintaining strong internal relationships with colleagues across the business through effective communication

You’ll really fit in if you have:

• Experience working as an analyst with a background in customer relationship marketing
• Worked with web analytic systems, customer data platforms, and associated applications
• Advanced Excel skills and are proficient in using the Microsoft Suite of products
• Working knowledge of tools such as SQL, Python, R and Machine learning
• Outstanding written and verbal communication & presentation skills
• Skills in statistics, or in a quantitative field, such as mathematics
• High levels of motivation and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experience!
