Vitaflo International Ltd are currently looking for a Customer Account Manager to join us at our global head offices just outside of Liverpool City Centre. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis, and in return, you will receive a competitive salary plus fantastic benefits.
About the Customer Account Manager role:
Reporting directly in to the Customer Services Manager within the operations department, you will be responsible for effectively managing the day-to-day activities of Vitaflo s customer base on a global basis, ensuring total customer satisfaction to assigned the customer portfolio.

What you will be doing as our Customer Account Manager:
Acting as the Point of Contact for assigned customer/countries, developing excellent relationships
Acquiring a thorough understanding of the customer’s operations and requirements, achieving mutual satisfaction
Understanding and measuring customer s Key Performance Indicators (KIPs), reviewing them at defined frequencies
Delivering actions to respond to/eliminate operational issues
Accurately processing customer orders by agreed deadlines, including the preparation of required export documentation
Ensuring the correct products are delivered to customers in a timely manner
Having visibility of stock / timelines issues impacting the demand of the customer. Work with the demand planning team to maximise service levels
Handling customer enquiries with ownership and resolution
Logging all product quality and logistic complaints within agreed timescales, following the correct process for complaints handling
Ensuring all issues which arise through order processing to delivery are fixed and communicated internally and externally
Coordinating Intermarket Product Briefs to allow export of products into receiving market
Providing efficient administration support to the UK and Ireland sales team as requested
Attending and contributing towards project meetings
What we are looking for in our Customer Account Manager:
Proven track record working in a similar role is essential (within Customer Services / Operations)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organisational levels
Proficient in Windows, including Microsoft Word and Excel
High level of attention to detail
Working knowledge of Sage X3 or similar systems
Operational experience in end-to-end Supply Chain
Experience in export documentation (Health Certificates, Certificates of Origin, EUR1s)
