Job Details:

Working Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm, + 1 in 5 Saturdays, from 9.00am to 12.30pm our client is looking for someone to take care of their extensive client base by way of answering calls and ensuring that the client is happy with both the product and service received.

Key Responsibilities

• Grow existing accounts by maintaining relationships with clients
• Processing sales orders
• Dealing with general customer queries
• Liaising with other department to ensure deadlines are met
• Compiling quotations to win business and maximise profitability
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
• Worldwide travel – exhibitions and customer visits
• Other duties include assisting in other areas of the business as and when required

Essential skills

• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Excellent verbal and telephone communication skills
• Strong presentation skills with ability to deliver technical information, product features & benefits
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
• Full UK driving licence required
