Creative Operations Assistant Manager
London – Hybrid – Contract 6 Months+
Up to 300 p/d – Inside IR35
Our Global Media Client is looking for a Creative Operations Assistant Manager. Supporting the Creative Operations Manager, you will act as a central contact for daily queries on scheduling creative briefs, product and asset translations, and the timely checking and delivery of online briefs. You will have the relevant working experience, within a faced-paced environment and be able to schedule creative briefs in Jira. Partnering with creative team members, you will have the ability to execute assigned campaigns.
Responsibilities

Schedule creative briefs.

Be the point of contact for translations agency and carry out translation administration tasks.

Manage and update the creative product launch tracker.

Act as the gatekeeper for outgoing online briefs to ensure detail is accurate for all markets and assets.

Adhere to time-lines for all relevant projects and initiatives.

Conduct regular market research to draw inspiration.
Skills Needed

Schedule creative briefs in Jira and provide any required follow-up administration support.

Process incoming and outgoing product and asset translations.

Perform regular checks on the Creative Product Launch Tracker to ensure products have all the elements required to launch.

Assist with the Product Hand Over process.

Perform Final Checks on all online briefs, ensuring that there are no missing elements before delivery to Online team.
