About the role

In a Corporate Sales Director role, you will work as a member of a sales team to find new opportunities for continued growth. This will include providing industry-leading payment solutions to prospective clients, which include both small and medium-sized business as well as large (£3m – £13m annual card turnover).

What you will be doing

  • Hunting and self-generating sales leads to convert successful new business, to achieve new business revenue targets
  • Pro-actively manage pipeline of leads within area through a range of relationships and networking within your defined area
  • Actively sell a number of different WorldPay products to new SME customers with annual CTO turnover of £3m-£10m, within a defined territory
  • Build professional relationships across your local business network, joining business forums and attending business events
  • Build and maintain a network of introducers, ensuring WorldPay is first choice for merchant services referrals
  • Drive revenue growth in line with pricing policy

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in targeted B2B field sales (payments technology experience is not essential)
  • Proven pipeline management and organizational skills to manage delivery of revenue consistently
  • Excellent needs development, solution selling, negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to operate effectively with high energy and flexibility in a fast paced, constantly evolving environment
  • A full, clean driving license

What you bring:

  • Proven experience in targeted B2B field sales (payments technology experience is not essential)
  • A full, clean driving licence
  • Comfortable selling to c-level
  • Excellent needs development, solution selling, negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to operate effectively with high energy and flexibility in a fast paced, constantly evolving environment
  • Self-starter who requires minimal oversight but who will contribute to team performance
  • Ambitious, career-oriented, with a professional outlook and high integrity
