An excellent opportunity has arisen to work for our established client in Winnersh as a Client Services Administrator.

Job Type: Permanent position
Location: Winnersh

Salary – Depending on experience
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm or 9.30am-5.30pm

As the Client Services Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Making calls to suppliers to obtain full statements of accounts.
  • Managing all aspects of the collection process until a resolution is achieved.
  • Follow up on calls with a written request by email
  • Resolving complex and non-standard queries on behalf of their clients
  • Liaising directly with clients as and when necessary
  • Ensuring internal records are kept up to date with the details of the collection.
  • Various admin tasks that will include sending emails to suppliers, updating various databases and Excel sheets.

The successful Client Services Administrator will have the following related skills / experience:

  • Experience of working in a heavily focused phone-based role is required
  • Previous experience within accounts payable or credit control is highly desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to deal with sensitive suppliers in a professional manner.
  • Eye for detail is paramount, anything being sent to clients must be 100% accurate.
  • Professional telephone manner, confidence and a certain level of assertiveness is required.
  • Excellent MS office skills (Excel is essential).
  • Ability to pick up new systems and spreadsheets quickly.
