Position:Client Relations Administrator

Location:Thundridge, near Ware

(your own transport is required)

Hours: Monday to Friday 9 am to 5.30 pm

£23,000 per annum

9 month fixed term contract

Start date early April 2024

Working in a small and friendly team, this role is the ideal “next step” for a candidate with some administration experience, or someone looking for a busy and varied working day.

On a day to day basis you will be coordinating with customers and colleagues to:

  • Arrange equipment installations
  • Process new business paperwork
  • Order equipment
  • Arrange service and repair calls
  • Resolve any billing or equipment issues
  • Maintain a fantastic working relationship with clients
  • Record accurate notes and information
  • Manage the team inbox

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Customer service and telephone experience
  • A friendly communication style
  • A team player mentality
  • Attention to detail
  • A can do attitude
  • Good administration and organisation skills
  • A flexible approach to work
