We are looking for several experienced Account Managers to join our Client Services team in Manchester.
Our account managers are responsible for managing a large portfolio of business clients, collaborating on projects, and gathering information to build a full knowledge of the client’s business and property portfolio. Account managers also assist with all property related queries and make key contacts aware of additional Altus Group services.

Proactively manage a portfolio of commercial clients who have a property portfolio with a value of up to £250,000
Secure required information and documentation about client properties to maximise potential client saving opportunities.
Collaborate with other areas of the business to ensure you deliver the best possible outcome for your clients.
Build rapport with clients to identify opportunities to grow your portfolio and cross sell other Altus Group services, where appropriate.
Retention and renewal of client accounts to retain business and secure future instruction moving forward.
