  • Expertise in Microsoft Office: Showcase your skills across all Microsoft Office programs, with a primary focus on Excel while also delving into Access, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to enhance reporting functionality: Maintain and improve existing reporting tools, databases, and business tools to boost resilience and efficiency.
  • Provide innovative solutions: Drive innovation by building new tools to streamline processes, enhance functionality, and provide valuable insights.
  • Facilitate data-driven decision making: Present reliable business data to support management decisions and create insightful reports that drive strategic initiatives.
  • Deliver comprehensive support: Provide day-to-day user assistance, troubleshoot issues, handle ad-hoc requests, and collaborate with system providers for ongoing support.
  • Systems Management: Ensure existing systems evolve to meet the changing needs of the business, and spearhead data extraction and migration projects.
  • Efficiency Enhancements: Identify opportunities for improvement, manage projects, and implement new systems to deliver efficiencies across various departments.
  • Provide training and development: Conduct end-user training sessions and spearhead system-based projects across different internal departments.
  • Deliver certification and compliance: Oversee BRCGS Certification and Health and Safety management, with support from external agencies.

Skills Required:
