Business Development – Saas SalesSales – London, Full-TimeA market leading technology provider, are looking for experienced Saas/tech sales people to join their high successful business development team. The product is complex and innovative, allowing clients the chance to increase their revenue. There is an attractive base salary and a market leading commission structure, to ensure the team are rewarded well for their efforts. This established European business, launched in London 12 months ago and are looking to grow, so a great chance to join, as there is enormous long term opportunity.ResponsibilitiesContinuously research, identify and generate new opportunitiesMethodically qualify, build, and manage an accurate sales pipelineMaintain a high volume of activity, including outbound cold calls, emails and social sellingConsistently exceed monthly and annual quotasManaging and scheduling product demos with Solution EngineersManaging and scheduling qualified discovery calls for Account ExecutivesConduct AE briefings to share all the information gathered, and most importantly, the qualified business need and opportunity with the AE prior to the discovery callWhat we require of youA coachable, positive attitudeStrong disposition for action, along with a competitive desire to learn and succeedStrong communication skills (written and verbal)Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and activitiesSoftware sales a plusAbility and willingness to prospect for new businessAbility to uncover and understand customer needsStrong critical thinking skillsA motivated, driven and self-starting attitudeAbility to work in a fast-paced, team environmentAbility to take initiative and manage time effectivelyCRM experience a plusInside sales experience a plusRandstad Business Support acts as an employment business when supplying temporary staff and as an employment agency when introducing candidates for permanent employment with a client.
