Job Description:

We are a painting and decorating company that specializes in large-scale commercial and residential projects. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining existing relationships with tier one main contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a sales strategy to drive growth and profitability.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with tier one main contractors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven track record of success in a Business Development Manager role within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of the painting and decorating industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
