Job Details:

A renowned market leader within the market research and reports market place is looking to add a new business focused BDM to their team due continued success (100% year on year growth) selling their leading ESG and sustainability product range.

The Role:
As a business development manager you will be responsible for new business development selling a range of market research which is a combination of off the shelf reports around ESG and sustainability, smart buildings etc. as well as being able to offer to clients the ability to provide fully b-spoke market research services based on their requirements. This will be to both clients in the UK and internationally across the EMEA region and also in the US market where the company has a very strong reputation for excellence

The Candidate:
You will be a successful sales / business development professional with a demonstrable track record of success of new business within market research, business information or subscription sales. You will need to be someone who is keen to learn about emerging technologies markets such as ESG and sustainability due to the sectors you will be operating in. You will also need to be someone that is comfortable working in an environment where you are following up on incoming leads generated from marketing and opportunities uncovered by your SDR / BDR

The Package:
On offer is a very attractive package with a base salary of between £40,000-£50,000 depending on experience and uncapped ote £55,000-£70,000 (1st year) with an accelerator once you surpass your target with top performers earning around £40,000 a year in commission on top of their base salaries.
