Network Construction Services (NCS) are a growing construction recruitment company based on Hagley Road in Birmingham and we are looking to add a Business Development Executive to our team. This role is perfectly suited for someone who is looking to successfully develop their career at a company with unlimited growth potential.

Duties for a Business Development Executive include:

• To develop and enhance good working relationships with both internal and external customers
• To ensure HSQE policies and procedures are adhered to
• Calculate, propose, and review commercial terms with clients
• Assist in the estimating and delivery of contract works
• Liaise with the Resource Team in the allocation of labour
• Identify and fulfil customer requirements
• Be the first point of contact with the clients
• To play a proactive role at the monthly meetings and other forums
• To undertake any other duties and tasks as and when required by the Managing Director

Requirements for a Business Development Executive include:

• 5 years’ experience in recruitment and the industry
• Construction recruitment experience in sales and clients’ accounts advantageous
• A motivated and ambitious self-starter who is driven to succeed
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• A team player who enjoys a challenge
• Ability to work under pressure and exceed targets
