A broad role responsibilities include:• Creating and implementing strategic growth plans• Proactively generating new business leads in the UK and internationally• nurturing and cultivating a sustainable high-quality and high-profit pipeline• Understanding clients’ organisational structural and strategy• Developing RFP’s and proposals• Pitching for and securing new business• Ensuring new business targets are hit and exceeded• Financial forecasting• Attending industry events to network with potential clientsTHE CANDIDATEThe ideal candidate will have a proven background in seeking out and winning new business, ideally gained from working within an event or live experience agency environment. Candidates must excel at lead generation and have expert skills in developing relationships and identifying opportunities for growth. Candidates must have exceptional client management skills and a willingness to travel frequently.
