Team & Role

We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Business Development Director to help us build the function internally at Landytech and externally expand our client base. One of the main goals for this role will be to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

What We Are Looking For

  • You are someone who thrives in developing new business and does not shy away from challenging economic environments or less explored territories
  • You will be heading our lead and demand generation planning efforts, including the overall strategy, producing new and nurtured lead generation goals and forecasts, setting the budget spend priorities, and measuring overall results against plans
  • You will be providing regular reports to our VP Sales & Leadership Team on progress of GTM strategy and reaching goals
  • You will be managing our SDRs and BDRs Team (currently 3 people) including setting up the right KPIs to build a pipeline of qualified sales opportunities for our Sales Team
  • You will be a source of knowledge and best practices and to our SDRs and BDRs and you will be onboarding, training and mentoring them into reaching and exceeding their goals
  • You are someone that could work both strategically and be hands on when needed to support reaching business goals

Your Skills & Expertise

  • 6-10 years of experience in leads and demand generation for a B2B SaaS business, preferably in an FS related/fintech field
  • You have a degree in Business, Marketing, or a business related field
  • You have managed a 3+ people SDR/BDR team across various locations
  • You have strong strategic thinking, tying lead generation activities to overall company GTM strategy
  • You have a strong business acumen and you are results-oriented
  • You have experience using a CRM, preferably Hubspot
  • You have experience partnering with Sales on pipeline development
  • You can work in a fast-paced environment and deal with ambiguity and stress and stay focused
  • You can demonstrate strong communication and relationship building skills
  • You are fluent/native in English, any other foreign language is a plus, especially French, German, Italian
