B2B Sales Executive
Marlow with Hybrid Working
£26,000 – £30,000 a year DOE – Full-time, Permanent 8.30-5pm

Through this extensive network of companies, we’ve developed a market leading end-to-end retail solution, handling every step of our customer’s journey. We partner with one of the market leading technology company and operate the Experience Stores on the UK high street and online.
Role Overview You’ll be accountable for delivering company objectives and goals, through alignment with our brand and company values. Drive B2B awareness and deliver self-generated new business leads to build a strong sales pipeline. Your purpose is to offer a ‘onestop’B2B hardware and security solution.
What are we looking for?
· Ability to generate new business from cold calling to completion
· Responsible for creating and delivering compelling sales presentations.
· Develop and maintain partnerships between the company and end-customers through the management of sales process and invoicing.
· Report on all sales activity and provide assessment of revenue opportunity along with model and unit forecast
· Generate business leads quickly and accurately with excellent attention to detail
· A self-starter who can work autonomously and as part of a team
· Confident, self-assured personality with a strong commercial ability and driven to exceed targets
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Constantly challenges own knowledge and drives own learning
· Utilising internal CRM and systems to manage targets, progress, and performance daily
What skills and experiences do you need?
· Exceptional negotiator and influencer, excellent ability to construct different sales techniques to overcome objectives whilst pitching with passion and engagement
· Be highly motivated and ambitious with a genuine desire to work in a B2B sales environment
· Proven track record of successfully cold calling B2B customers
· Experience of building and maintaining customer relationships
· Flexible approach with a “can-do” positive attitude
· Expert in face-to-face customer meetings
· Mobile experience is essential

Experience / Skills Required:
· Sales experience with a strong background in a B2B sales.
· Ability to generate new business leads from cold calling.
· Proven track record in selling Mobile solutions into SME’s
· Experience of building and maintaining customer relationships including C- Suite level clients.
· Flexible approach with a “can-do” positive attitude.
· Self-starter who thinks on their feet.
· Knowledge of the eco system and a love for all things tech.
· Constantly challenges own knowledge and drives own learning.
· Achieving call and sales targets and maintaining high customer service level.
· Engaging with store network and developing your team to identify high quality business leads to drive sales.
· Ability to build a strong pipeline and customer base from a standing start.
· Tracking leads through CRM to maximise all available opportunities.
· Gather market intelligence from across the country, identify relevant market opportunities and apply these insights in your business planning process to achieve your sales targets.
· Identify, nurture, and develop relationships with key clients and important partner organisations to maximise revenue streams.
