You’ll be working for Saint-Gobain Construction Products and the role is home based covering Manchester and Liverpool.
What will I be doing in the role?
The purpose of the role is to create strong relationships and pull through business by working collaboratively with Contractors and Distributors by managing specified packages and supporting Supply Chain Agreement compliance with Main Contractors and Housebuilders. Utilising effective sharing and trading of our project leads at an early stage to create demand to support the account management of our distribution and major merchant branches and key sales personnel. In this role you will;
Delivery of annual revenue, volumes and price targets with a geographical area
To ensure all distributors and key merchants (branches and sales personnel) are managed for pull through business development in line with agreed visit frequencies and account development plans
Responsible for the commercial price management of special pricing to contractors and distributors for all product groups
To record, monitor and manage all project, package, company, contact, and actions within CRM on a daily basis to ensure regular and effective communication across all relevant functions
Participate in a monthly Regional Project Tracking meetings to manage, monitor and identify next steps for all project and package activity within CRMIs this role right for me?

Sales Professional – Distribution, Contractor and Project Sales
Educated to GCSE Maths and English, A-Level or equivalent
MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM systems experience
A practiced sales person who is highly customer focused, able to anticipate and adapt to customer needs and expectations and develop and maintain customer relationships
Negotiation skills and commercial acumen
A good team player internally and externally
