We are looking for an Agile Delivery Manager who is curious, capable and driven to find the optimal route between an idea and working software. As Delivery Lead, you will work alongside our Product, Architecture and Engineering leads to help us build transparency across all that we do and drive continual improvement.

A bit about the role…

We re looking for an experienced Agile Delivery Manager to join our growing team who can apply a continual improvement ethos to design, guide and track the evolution of our delivery practice. You will frame opportunities within compelling business cases to identify and drive improvement opportunities across Product, Engineering and Test. Effective stakeholder management across the business will enable you to help Product Owners and the Solutions Architect to refine any backlog, understanding the deliverables and any potential blockers. Strong project management skills will enable you to frame larger initiatives, clarify scope and deliverables, manage dependencies and budgets and mitigate risks.

  • Monitor and report on near term achievements and plans.
  • Help coordinate multiple streams of development.
  • Develop fit-for-purpose metrics that support the business to make informed decisions.
  • Help manage agile rituals and heartbeat activities along with other members of our team.
  • Assist Head of Software Development to monitor past and future spend

Location/Travel: Hybrid working with 1-2 days per week attendance to our Loudwater office in High Wycombe.
