Together we bring the diversity of our people’s skills and backgrounds to make the right choices with our clients, for our company and for our own futures.This role is part of the TS Sales team with responsibility for identifying, qualifying, pursuing, and closing net new sales opportunities within the Professional Services market arena in new and existing accounts.Sales focus and drive A proven successful track record in winning Professional Services business opportunities e.g. high bid winning ratio relating to comparable business wins (Circa. £1M to £10 Million Total Contract Value) Professional and dynamic approach demonstrates a clear passion for delivering world class IT services and solutions.Leadership A team player capable of managing large and complex teams in a pressured work environment. Capable of motivating team members to achieve successful outcomes. A Proven track record of successfully selling new logo business and meeting/exceeding sales targets. Listens to stakeholders, internal and external and adapts approach accordingly. Maintains an Entrepreneurial attitude, able to manage multiple aspects of each opportunity simultaneously, recognises and adapts to client changes. Exploits business opportunities in order to deliver “win-win” outcomes.Vision and innovation Able to quickly identify and understand the customer’s requirements and expectations. The ability to identify new potential business opportunities within the customer’s organisation.Commercial awareness Experience of working in industry or commerce in a multinational environment, ideally within a quoted IT Services provider Maintains a focus on achieving positive business outcomes in line with the customer requirements.Quality control and assurance Experience appraising and quality assuring the work produced by others.Accountability and responsibility Experience of taking full responsibility for the Sale and Opportunity Pursuit and Close Experience of working under pressure and remaining decisive Demonstrable successful track record of delivering new logo clients against set targets and deadlines. Able to negotiate and close contracts.Communication skills Fluent English language written and verbal. Capable of interacting with stakeholders at all levels Able to gain respect, trust and confidence of senior management, partners and clients in all situations. Capable of articulating the precise benefits of our solutions in any given situation appropriately to the target audience Experience in leading presentations to senior management level both internally and within the client arena as part of the bid process Excellent negotiation skillsDesirable criteria: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) preferred.In addition to joining a fantastic team, you can also expect a fantastic range of benefits.
