This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and dynamic Sales or Account Management professional to join our National Team and to take the lead on managing several key existing accounts.
Mall Solutions is a leading Commercialisation management company, working for shopping centre owners and property managers throughout the UK and Europe and this role offers excellent prospects for progression for the right candidate.
The role will include managing existing revenue streams and sourcing additional high-quality retailers and promoters for a number of shopping centres across the UK. The Successful Candidate will be based on site at Churchill Square Shopping Centre, Brighton and County Mall Shopping Centre, Crawley with some regional travel required as part of the role.
This is a full-time salaried position. An excellent salary and benefits packages will be offered for the right candidate. A full induction, training and on-going support package will be offered as well.
The key responsibilities of an Account Manager include, but are not limited to:
Identifying and sourcing new mall retailers and promoters, both locally and nationally
Building and managing existing mall retailer/promoter relationships and compliance
Building and maintaining strong working relationships with the rest of the Centre Management teams
Managing commercialisation performance to meet or exceed set targets

The key skills and qualities of an Account Manager:
A minimum of 2 years’ experience within either sales, account management or retail roles, or enthusiastic graduates.
Excellent sales and negotiation skills
Ability to think on your feet & respond to complications calmly an efficiently
Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office skills
Able to organise your workload and prioritise tasks
Highly organised, and be thorough with great attention to detail
Excellent communication skills- both written and verbally
Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in your career
A “can do” attitude and a good sense of humour is a must!
