Job Details:

Jewson Partnership Solutions (JPS), who specialise in providing solutions and building materials for our customers in the Public Sector such as Housing Associations and Local Authorities, is on the hunt for an Account Manager working solely with our customer account app Avail.

Hours – 8.00 – 5.30 Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain and develop customer accounts.
  • Cross and Up Selling
  • Project Management
  • Plan and launch operative roll outs.
  • Ongoing configuration updates and range changes
  • Customer support and service
  • Pro-active monitoring of the system and provide recommendations for change.
  • Customer and branch training
  • Produce and update training material.
  • Attend trade shows and exhibitions.
  • Follow defined process.
  • Branch visits and support
  • Regular customer meetings and performance review
  • System demonstrations & presentations
  • Attend and actively partake in Avail App development meetings.
  • Create revenue reports and work to targets.
  • Create update reports to line management.
  • Create work packages based on defined project parameters.

Required Skills and Experience

  • A proven track record of account management and sales growth
  • Proficient in MS suite
  • A genuine interest in technology /app development
  • Ability to manage multiple customers.
  • Well organised
  • Good communicator
  • Ability to work as part of a team and individually.

Desirable

  • Computer software sales into public sector organisations
