This newly created Customer Service Management role has become available following a restructure within an established global business.

Your role as an Account & Team Manager would be to manage a portfolio of existing business customers to ensure their business needs are being met and consistently renewed to ensure that the best customer satisfaction is achieved at all times.

Client Details

This business are an established and reputable business to business tech business. This organisation value their strong customer service capabilities. This role will sit within a small contact centre office based in Manchester and operate on a hybrid working model.

Your customers will consist of a wide range of SME businesses based globally!

Description

This Customer Service / Account Manage role will include the following duties;

Management of a team of 15 experienced account managers

Managing customer interactions by virtual chat, email, telephone calls, orders and queries

Seek to improve processes & ensure compliance of existing procedures

Managing compliance for key customers

Produce reports around customer success, user usage and feedback

Process product technical complaints, report issues and be the point of escalation

Profile

The desired candidate for this position will match the below criteria;

This role will offer comprehensive training on various systems including ERP’s – a strong ability to learn new software’s would be required

Proven Customer Skills – ideally in a B2B setting

Natural ability to build report with customers over the phone

Management / Team Leader experience

Excellent administrative skills and able to manage complaints

Work well under pressure

Excellent proven skills in the following

-Team Work

-Collaboration

Job Offer

This role is offering;

Salary approx 35,000

Monday – Friday 9-5 working hours (Hybrid)
