Job Details:

Just Recruitment is working with a growing business, based on the outskirts of Sudbury – they are looking to add an Account Manager and Estimator to their long standing team.The key purpose of this role is manage sales accounts, ensuring customer communication is maintained while ensuring that drawings, specifications and customer specific requirements are accurately loaded into the systems along with any Standard Operating Procedures. A key part of the role will be interpreting customer drawings and creating quotations from them.Key duties include:Process customer enquiries through to the preparation of quotations on our internal software (for which database training will be provided) and communication to customers.Manage customer relationships to ensure all things are clearly communicated.Liaise with material and component suppliers to obtain costings.Raise works orders for issue to production.Work with the existing design, estimating and customer management team.Look after and hold clear drawing records / packages on both our server and production areas. This will ensure our production teams are always working to the correct drawings and revision.Drawing control would include both PDF and DXF files, so use of AUTOCAD will be necessaryWorking daily with the sales and account managers in an office environmentClose relationship with the production teams / manager to understand build procedures leading to the creation of SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures)Ensuring that quality and attention to detail is the driving force behind all aspects of the roleDevelop and implement best working practiceKey candidate requirements: Previous Auto Cad ExperienceExperienced with Microsoft SoftwareSheet metal fabrication experienceAbility to read engineering drawingsExcellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsPolite and reactive customer mannerStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic multi-functional office environmentThis is an excellent opportunity top join a business, offering a great working environment.
