We are now recruiting for a Account Handler on a 12 months FTC contract at our Hoddesdon depot.

Job Description

Shift: Monday to Friday – days

The role holder will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

* Resolving various customer service queries and requests

* Creating Daily/Weekly/Monthly Service reports

* Creating Daily/Weekly/Monthly Export reports on compliance

* Chasing orders and resolving delivery issues.

* Checking Daily Order Audits

* Planning Parcel Traffic Orders and Communications

* Planning Export Order collections – Haulier Quotes and Confirmations

* Export Order Operational & Bond Interfaces & Communications – Pick & Pack

* Maintaining Export Control Tools

* Managing Special Delivery Orders and cost control

* Export Suspended Well Compliance

* Using the Customer Web Based Order Confirmation Systems Compliance

* Exceeding agreed KPIs

* Liaising with personnel across different levels (Shift Managers, Transport Coordinators, Customer Service & Client Support Colleagues)

* Proactively looking for conscientious improvements

* Dealing with day to day operational issues

* Other duties as reasonably required

Qualifications

* Attention to detail/ accuracy

* Good geographical knowledge

* Proficient in computer literacy including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

* Ability to work without direct supervision

* Adaptable approach to work/ training/ working hours

* Conscientious and reliable with adaptable attitude

* Excellent communication skills in order to deliver accurate information

* Able to work efficiently and accurately under pressure

* Effectively prioritise work load in order to meet set deadlines

* Able to work on own or as part of a team

* Proactive decision maker
