As an Account Director, you will play a key role in shaping the strategy for your client portfolio. Your responsibilities will include: Building and nurturing strong client relationships Gaining an in-depth understanding of your clients’ businesses, markets, and objectives Guiding clients with innovative solutions Delivering the best and most appropriate new media solutions Creating monthly revenue and renewal forecasts and reports Conducting monthly and quarterly planning sessions and reviews with clients Working toward client profitability targetsWhat we’re looking for in a candidate: A minimum of three years of experience ideally gained in a Digital Agency but if you are not from a digital agency with proven cs experience you will be considered A proven track record of achieving financial targets and upselling to clients Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage documentation effectively Strong customer service skills and rapport-building abilities The capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and deliver results through initiativeIf you would like to review the full details please apply today.
