What you will do…

  • As a Salesforce Administrator in the Enterprise Service tribe you will be the main point of contact for all things Salesforce across the entire organisation.
  • Interact with business users to understand and document requirements. Develop processes, reports and system implement updates to fulfil business needs.
  • Identify, design, build, test and deploy solutions related to Salesforce and related applications, including custom objects/fields, page layouts/views, workflows / flows / process builder, security (users, profiles, roles), data management and all other aspects of Salesforce administration.
  • Troubleshoot, resolve and track Salesforce end-user issues, providing second line support.
  • Stay current on new Salesforce features and functionality to ensure compatibility with existing development.
  • Provide recommendations for process improvements.
  • Evaluate and implement additional system integrations as needed.

How you will do it…

  • You will have at least 2 years experience in a similar role within a large, fast moving preferably online business.
  • You will have a Salesforce ADM-201 certification.
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving scenario.
  • You will have business requirement gathering skills.
  • You will have had exposure to the Salesforce proprietary language Apex or other object oriented programming such as Java, C#, .NET or similar.
  • An understanding of Javascript would be beneficial.
  • Preferably had experience administrating the New Voice Media platform or other Omnichannel provider platforms.
  • Preferably had experience administrating the Aspect workforce management platform or other work force management provider platforms.
  • Preferably had experience working on the new Salesforce lightening platform.
