Sky Bingo are looking for a commercially astute Performance Manager who will drive top line revenue growth through effective management of customer level KPI's and offers across two Sky Gaming products. You will be responsible for a budget of £100m+ of Net Revenue and a multimillion pound free bet budget, so will need to be highly analytical and able to make informed decisions that will drive short and medium term growth.

Your analytical background will enable you to drive ongoing improvements in the tool sets at you and your team's disposal to analyse the performance of customer offers and communications.

You will be accountable for the performance of all Local and Network Bingo Rooms and Events. You will work closely with the insight and research function to understand customer motivations and share of wallet opportunities to deliver improved financial performance from our different customer segments.

You will deliver a complete strategy that both optimises performance but drives increased perception of winning for customers. This is a strategic role with the remit to make wide reaching changes in the best interested of our customers and enables long term sustainability of the business.

Utilising the tools provided, combined with your detailed knowledge of player proposition/campaign budget targets, you will present product/segment problem statements and proposals for your Performance Execs (short term) and Customer Proposition Managers (long term) to address.

Solid operational and delivery management is an absolute necessity and you will need to be unafraid to change/challenge processes to ensure that activities are well planned and delivered on time.

As our Sky Gaming - Performance Manager you'll be:

  • Accountable for planning activity to drive revenue from new, active and lapsed players across all Gaming Products
  • Responsible for taking the propositions and promotions from the Marketing Team and determines how and when these will be used to engage customers
  • Responsible for understanding all budgets, trends, KPIs and optimises customer activity and targeting accordingly
  • Monitors and understands the performance of all free bet spend ensuring it's optimal and efficient. Feeds back to Marketing on which promotional propositions are working and were we need to increase engagement and payback
  • Deliver Test and Learn plans on customer promotions, developing a one to one customer targeting strategy with Insight, CRM and Data Science
  • Work with Insight to define clear metrics that show ROI of customer engagement
  • Proactively working with CRM to ensure continual improvement in communication strategy through targeted segmentation and optimisation
  • Line manage and develop, Execs and Senior Execs ensuring they are provided with continuous guidance, mentoring and direction.

  • Have excellent organisation skills and the ability to measure your own performance and impact
  • Have 3 years+ budget management experience
  • Have 3 years+ Marketing, CRM or Insight experience
  • Have Line management experience of multiple individuals
  • Be degree qualified preferably in Marketing, Maths or Business
  • Be proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
