What you'll do:

Reporting into the Head of Strategic Planning you will be responsible for the development, prioritisation, dissemination and quality assurance of all strategic plans for Bet and Gaming. You will be part of a central team that holds a holistic view of all campaigns and key commercial deliverables across both Bet & Gaming.

How you'll do it:

  • Work with the commercial team to develop a planning framework for marketing strategies and key campaigns, which clearly outlines goals and objectives.
  • Aid in the delivery of campaigns for the P&Ls to ensure:

Commercial alignment

Robust campaign tracking, reporting and analysis

Development of cross functional activation plans for each campaign

  • Ensure alignment of channel plans across stakeholder teams to deliver key strategic campaigns
  • You will act as the lynch pin between commercial, marketing, product, trading, brand, CRM, media and creative to deliver best in practice multi-channel campaign plans
  • Work with the senior marketing team to identify best practice, required competencies and training/ development requirements across teams.
  • Provide support and coaching for all business functions on best practice planning
  • Facilitate the campaign review process across business functions to deliver multi-channel campaign reviews for all strategic initiatives
  • Support the Head of Strategic Planning in aligning all business functions in delivering against the quarterly strategy
  • Continuously review and improve the end to end planning process as we strive for operational excellence
