Background

The Information Security team is a key interface between IT and the wider business. This team is responsible for the delivery and operation of information security solutions, tools and services in line with agreed business and technology strategies

The role
Within the Security team, the Information Security IAM Manager reports to the overall Engineering Lead.
PwC seeks a strong candidate for IAM Manager role based in London. This role will initially be focused on analysing and documenting core identity lifecycle processes, the technology landscape and current roles/responsibilities within the operational environment. After the analysis phase, this role will continue forth on the build out of the technology and processes toward the target state.

The Identity and Access Management Manager role is a key role in defining the future strategy, architecture and implementation of next generation systems. This role will initially focus on local UK environment but will then grow into being integrated as part of the overall PwC global identity and access management programme.
As member and leader of this team, the candidate will have a unique opportunity to drive a greenfield area that ties into critical evolution of PwC's digitisation strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Analysis of current identity lifecycle
• Analysis of current technology landscape for IAM, including provisioning, directory, authentication and Active Directory systems
• Engaging with business to understand current pain points and process/technology improvements
• Driving architecture decisions with Information Technology architects
• Project management of the IAM programme
• Implementation of new IAM processes and technologies, including driving proof of concepts
• Training operational support of the new IAM solution
• Integration of IAM solution with business applications and IT infrastructure
• Remediation of key tactical pain points
• Process optimisation

The analyst will benefit from a wide variety of optional development opportunities including:

Qualifications and Experience:

• Demonstrated experience in implementation of key IAM technologies, such as Provisioning platform (e.g. Oracle, Sailpoint, Forgerock), Authentication platforms (e.g. Siteminder, Ping, RSA, ADFS), Directory/Virtual Directory (e.g. Oracle, Active Directory, Radiant Logic), SPML, XACML, SAML
• Core understanding of information technology application and infrastructure architecture
• Experience with cloud providers (e.g. Salesforce) is highly advantageous
• The role involves working closely with several other areas such as Technology, Business Units. The candidate must possess strong verbal and written communication skills and be able to develop quality working relationships.
• Any one of the following certifications is a bonus
- Certified Information Systems Manager (CISM),
- Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional (CSSLP)
- Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
- Certified Oracle Identity Manager/Access Manager
- Certified Microsoft Server Administrator
